Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a disaster at construction and industrial sites and to enable precautions to be taken by using a control unit to analyze the details of all process type-based daily operation reports, which are created everyday, thereby generating process progress information and then checking pre/post operation readiness states for operations during which a disaster can occur, and thus disaster occurrence risk is calculated. The present invention comprises: a first step of stipulating safety precautions of each operation, determining relationships with a pre-operation, a concurrent operation, and a post-operation, and setting safety criteria; a second step in which each cooperative company creates a daily operation report while proceeding with construction; a third step of generating operation information, wherein a control unit generates operation performance information by analyzing the details of the daily operation report; a fourth step in which the control unit evaluates operation-based risk by determining whether the operation information of the second or third step exceeds the safety criteria of the first step; and a fifth step of determining that a risk exists if the operation information exceeds the safety criteria in the comparison result of the previous step.
