Abstract:
A method and apparatus for generating a virtual character in a game, and a storage medium and a computer device. The method comprises: acquiring a DNA attribute of a game player, wherein the DNA attribute is a genetic attribute obtained according to DNA data of the game player; and configuring, according to a pre-established mapping relationship between the DNA attribute and an attribute of a virtual character in a game, the attributes of the virtual character corresponding to the game player. By associating a DNA attribute of a game player with an attribute in a virtual character in a game, the attribute of the virtual character can reflect the DNA attribute of the game player, so that the virtual character can reflect the individual differences between players.
