Abstract:
A method and apparatus for identifying an area having a potential high risk of locust plagues, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing extraction on a water body in a research area and a suitable habitat for locusts by using multi-temporal remote sensing image data of a long-time sequence in the research area (S102); performing analysis to obtain a water body change index and a suitable habitat change index of the research area, and when the water body change index and the suitable habitat change index meet a first preset condition, determining that there is an area in the research area having a potential high risk of a locust plague (S103); and then determining the area in the research area that has the potential high risk of the locust plague by using a habitat suitability index that is calculated according to the multi-temporal remote sensing image data, and the distance between each area and the water body in the research area (S104). By means of the method, the process of a habitat evolving from unsuitable to suitable can be taken into full consideration, and the characteristic of congregating outbreaks of locusts is also taken into consideration, such that high-precision identification of an area having a potential high risk can be realized.
