Abstract:
An example according to the present disclosure relates to a technique for identifying a WLAN packet. For example, when a PPDU includes a legacy signal field, a field that is subsequent to the legacy signal field may be used to identify the type of the PPDU. The legacy signal field and the subsequent field may be modulated by a binary phase shift key (BPSK), and the field subsequent to the legacy signal field may not be repeated as it is. Specifically, the field subsequent to the legacy signal field may be generated on the basis of a sequence obtained by modifying, by a preset technique, a bit sequence applied to the legacy signal field.
