Title:
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR IMPLEMENTING LOW-POWER-CONSUMPTION ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY OF INFORMATION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/196430
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for implementing low-power-consumption always-on display of information. The method for implementing low-power-consumption always-on display of information is used for a terminal having a liquid crystal display screen, and comprises the following steps: switching a liquid crystal display screen to an idle mode, and at the same time, adjusting the display power consumption to an ultra-low power consumption display state; displaying acquired terminal dial information in the ultra-low power consumption display state; periodically starting a real-time clock interrupt, and a mobile industry processor interface exiting an ultra-low power consumption mode; a dial application refreshing displayed information; and the mobile industry processor interface entering the ultra-low power consumption mode again. A low-light always-on display device can ensure that a user can view information clearly at any time. In addition, by means of regularly refreshing the dial information, it is ensured that a user views clearer displayed information within a fixed period, and the reduction of the power consumption is also ensured.
