Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for implementing user replacement in a switchboard service. The method comprises: a switchboard service application server (AS) receiving a call request initiated by a switchboard service website (WEB) server (WS), and acquiring call information from the call request; if it is determined, according to the call information, that a telephone operator needs to communicate with a first user communicating with a second user, detecting whether replacement information sent by the telephone operator is received; and after determining that the replacement information is received, detecting whether the first user satisfies a condition of being replaced, and if the first user satisfies the condition of being replaced, bridging the telephone operator and the first user in response to the call request.
