Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a method and apparatus for indicating data transmission situations, which may effectively indicate data transmission situations, facilitate more precise flow control and save transmission resources. The method may comprise: a first network node sends data to a terminal device; and the first network node sends first indication information and second indication information to a second network node, wherein the first indication information is used to indicate information about the largest serial number (SN) in sequence that is successfully transmitted in the data, and the second indication information is used to indicate information about the SN transmitted after the largest SN in sequence that is successfully transmitted in the data.
