Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for installing frames (22) on a fuselage-skin panel (16) in the production of a fuselage-shell component for an aircraft. According to the invention, it is provided that the frames (22) and the fuselage-skin panel (16) are arranged in a desired position relative to one another in an installation station (10), and combined installation of the frames (22) and of the clips takes place in said installation station (10). For this purpose, the installation station (10) may have an outer platform (12), with a contour-forming accommodating system (14) for the fuselage-skin panel (16), and an inner platform (18), with an accommodating system (20) for the frames (22) (also referred to as frame-accommodating system), wherein, once the outer platform (12) has been provided with the fuselage-skin panel (16) in the desired contour and the inner platform (18) has been provided with the frames (22) retained on it, the inner platform (18) is positioned relative to the outer platform (12) such that the frames (22) are arranged in their desired position in relation to the fuselage-skin panel (16), and wherein the clips are then inserted manually to establish the connection between the fuselage-skin panel (16) and the frames (22). This makes it possible to realize advantageously straightforward and cost-effective production of the fuselage-shell component. The invention also relates to a frame-accommodating system (20) and to an installation station having a frame-accommodating system (20) for the combined installation of frames (22) and clips on a fuselage-skin panel (16).
