Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for intelligently retrieving information, and a storage medium. The method comprises: pre-establishing a characteristic information database in a system; by matching information input by a user with an information noun in the characteristic information database, acquiring an information format corresponding to the information noun; and according to the acquired information format corresponding to the information noun, retrieving information needing to be found, and displaying the retrieved information.
