Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for juicing fruit (3), comprising: first wrapping the fruit (3) in an enclosing thin film outside and close to the skin of the fruit (3), piercing the enclosing thin film and the skin of the fruit (3) with an object having a sharp head, or piercing the enclosing thin film and the skin of the fruit (3) with a tube (4) having a sharp head, while the outside of the tube (4) and the enclosing thin film are formed in a sealed state, and then squeezing the enclosing thin film and the fruit such that the fruit juice flows out; or otherwise, the thin film and the outside of the tube (4) being formed in a sealed state, piercing the skin of the fruit (3) with the sharp head of the tube (4), and then wrapping and enclosing the fruit (3) in a thin film and placing same in a sealed container (5), a tail of the tube (4) extending out of the sealed container (5), the outside of the tail of the tube (4) or one side of the enclosing thin film being formed in a sealed state with the sealed container (5), and then injecting compressed gas or liquid into the sealed container (5) to squeeze the enclosing thin film and the fruit (3) such that the fruit juice flows out; or otherwise, sealing the compressed liquid in a cavity (15) with an elastic thin plate (14) without contacting the thin film, where the pressure generated by the compressed liquid is transferred to the thin film and the fruit (3) through the elastic thin plate (14). By means of the enclosing thin film, the juicing tools are prevented from contacting the fruit juice directly, thus overcoming the disadvantage that the juicing tools have to be replaced or cleaned regularly, which in turn reduces labour costs; and moreover, the fruit (3) is inside the enclosing thin film, which is conducive to preservation and storage.
