Abstract:
Provided is a method for manufacturing a ceramic honeycomb structure. The method has
a step wherein an end surface section of an unfired or fired ceramic honeycomb structure
is processed, then, while moving a slit-shaped ejection port arranged to face
the end surface section relatively to the end surface section in noncontact-state, a
gas is ejected from the ejection port and cut power and/or cut piece adhered on the
end surface section is cleaned.
