Abstract:
The present invention relates to a continuous acrylic acid manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus using same, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (1) using a catalyst to partially oxidize and react a reactant including propane, oxygen, steam, and carbon dioxide, and acquiring an acrylic acid-containing mixed gas; (2) separating the acrylic acid-containing mixed gas into an acrylic acid-containing solution and a gaseous dispersion; (3) separating an acrylic acid solution from the separated acrylic acid-containing solution; and (4) recirculating the separated gaseous dispersion into the reactant.
