Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To manufacture a mixed ingredient fried food formed in a specified shape and having a coating with crisp feel. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A storage step is performed when a pan (5) is present on the outside of oil (26) while the pan (5) is conveyed by running a first conveyor (2). Then, the pan (5) is gradually immersed in the oil to gradually flow the oil (26) into the pan (5) from through-holes (10), (11), and (12) at the bottom part of the conveyor, and ingredients (44) are fried in the oil for a specified time. With the entire part of the pan (5) immersed in the oil, the ingredients (44) are fried in the oil for a specified time and then the ingredients are peeled off from the pan (5) by utilizing the buoyancy of the ingredients (44) and the ingredients are discharged into the oil.
