Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for manufacturing a nano-scale water mist, wherein the method for manufacturing the nano-scale water mist comprises the following steps: utilizing a heater (12) to heat purified water in a heating chamber (1), so as to generate water vapor; utilizing an atomizing sheet (21) to smack, at a high frequency, purified water in an atomization chamber (2) to generate the nano-scale water mist; utilizing an electric heating wire (34) to heat air in a dry-heating chamber (3); and utilizing a fan (31) to mix the water vapor, the nano-scale water mist and the heated air and push the mixture to a cabin body (4). The apparatus for manufacturing a nano-scale water mist in the present invention comprises the heating chamber (1), the atomization chamber (2), the dry-heating chamber (3), the cabin body (4), the at least one atomizing sheet (21), the heater (12), the electric heating wire (34), the fan (31) and an air transfer pipe (32). The apparatus for manufacturing a nano-scale water mist of the present invention has the advantages of a low noise, a high atomization speed and a large atomization quantity.
