Abstract:
The present application discloses a method and apparatus for marking an obstacle in a robot map, related to the technical field of intelligent robots, which mainly aim to solve the problem of low accuracy of obstacle position marking in existing robot maps. The method comprises: acquiring a probability map and a height map, the probability map being used to identify a probability distribution of obstacles at positions in a working environment of a robot, and the height map being used to identify a height distribution of the obstacles corresponding to the positions in the working environment of the robot; performing data grouping according to the probability map and the height map, to obtain multiple data sets, each data set identifying obstacle information of one obstacle, and the obstacle information comprising at least obstacle position information and obstacle edge information; and marking the obstacle in a map according to the obstacle information. The method is primarily used to mark an obstacle in a robot map.
