Abstract:
Provided is a method for measuring surfactant critical micelle concentration, specifically: measuring the chemiluminescence value of an acridine compound as a luminescent agent in a series of concentrations of a surfactant solution; according to a logarithmic values of the obtained luminescence value and logarithmic values corresponding to the surfactant concentrations in the surfactant solution, linear fitting is performed to obtain a plurality of fitting straight lines; the minimum value of the surfactant concentration corresponding to the intersection of two adjacent fitting lines is the critical micelle concentration of that surfactant. The sensitivity of the method is high, measurement results are accurate, detection costs are low, operation is simple, and testing is fast and efficient, and the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant can be obtained in only a few minutes per test. Also provided is an apparatus for measuring surfactant critical micelle concentration.
