Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for obtaining the skin of a micropig and an apparatus used therefor, in which an entire skin surface of a micropig is separated into discs so as to be cut into a plurality of skin strip pieces and then subcutaneous fat and/or flesh attached to the back of the skin are removed effectively by using a skin separator, thereby making it easy to mass-produce pig skin with uniform thickness.
