Abstract:
A method and apparatus for performing transaction verification. The method comprises: receiving transaction data to be verified (302), the transaction data to be verified comprising transaction information plaintext and at least one piece of confirmer signature data for the transaction information plaintext, the transaction information plaintext comprising a designated confirmer information set, the designated confirmer information set comprising designated confirmer information of at least one designated confirmer designated to confirm the transaction information plaintext, and the confirmer signature data comprising a confirmer signature; for the confirmer signature in the at least one piece of confirmer signature data, verifying the confirmer signature in the confirmer signature data on the basis of the confirmer signature data and the transaction information plaintext so as to acquire a verified confirmer information set (304); and when the verified confirmer information set comprises a predetermined number of pieces of designated confirmer information in the designated confirmer information set, determining that the data to be verified has been verified (308).
