Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for predicting a customer purchase intention, and an electronic device and a medium, wherein same are applicable to the field of information processing. The method comprises: acquiring personal characteristic data of a customer; inputting the personal characteristic data into a pre-established random forest model so as to output an objective purchase tendency value of the customer; acquiring, according to an emotional tendency of the customer during a historical telesales process, a subjective purchase tendency value of the customer; carrying out weighting processing on the objective purchase tendency value and the subjective purchase tendency value, and outputting a weighted result as an actual purchase tendency degree of the customer; and determining a customer whose actual purchase tendency degree is greater than a pre-set threshold as a potential customer, so that a telesales agent calls back the potential customer and promotes a telesales product. The scheme improves the predication accuracy of potential customers by means of determining potential customers through a comprehensive consideration of factors in many aspects, and realizes performing quantitative calculation of a purchase intention of the customers by means of carrying out weighting processing on an objective purchase tendency value and a subjective purchase tendency value.
