Abstract:
The present invention provides an apparatus for preparing chitosan oligosaccharide chelated ferrous iron, comprising first-stage mixing pipes, second-stage mixing pipes, and a mixing pool which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. The mixing pool is further connected to a leaching apparatus; one end of each first-stage mixing pipe is connected to a water inlet pipe by means of a flow switch; the upper parts of the first-stage mixing pipes are further provided with dispensing boxes used for quantitative dispensing; a plurality of stirring structures used for mixing a dispensed object with water are arranged in each first-stage mixing pipe; the other ends of the first-stage mixing pipes are connected to the side walls of the second-stage mixing pipes; a plurality of first-stage mixing pipes are arranged on the second-stage mixing pipes; the first-stage mixing pipes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second-stage mixing pipes; a plurality of first mixing plates which are obliquely arranged upwards are arranged on the side walls of each second-stage mixing pipe close to the first-stage mixing pipes. The mixing effect can be significantly improved by means of the structure of the first-stage mixing pipes, the second-stage mixing pipes, the stirring structures, and the mixing pool, and a mixed solution obtained after well mixing and having the pH value adjusted is automatically and continuously provided for the leaching apparatus.
