Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for processing changes in a Closed Subscriber Group (CSG) subscription in a wireless communication system. A Non-Access Stratum (NAS) of a user equipment receives, from a network, an NAS message indicating that the CSG service to a CSG cell has expired. The NAS notifies the expiration of the CSG service to an Access Stratum (AS), and the AS transmits the expiration of the CSG service to the CSG cell.
