Abstract:
The purpose of the present technique is to provide: a method and apparatus for producing AlN whiskers, which aims to suppress mixing of metal particles; AlN whisker structures; AlN whiskers; a resin molded body; and a method for producing a resin molded body. According to this method for producing AlN whiskers, an Al gas is generated by heating an Al-containing material within a material container part (1200), and the Al gas is introduced into a reaction chamber (1300) through a communication part (1220), while introducing a nitrogen gas into the reaction chamber (1300) through a gas feed port (1320), thereby having AlN whiskers (100) grow from the surface of an Al2O3 substrate (1310) that is disposed within the reaction chamber (1300).
