Abstract:
A method for producing an oil filter cover for heavy equipment by means of cold forging, the method comprising: a blank producing step (S10) for producing a cylindrical aluminum blank (B) which is an ordinary body part (1) having a protruding wing part (3) on both sides thereof; a forging preparation step (S20) for annealing the blank (B) to soften same, and coating the annealed blank (B) with a coating agent (C); a primary cold forging step (S30) for molding, by means of a forging mold (100) comprising a first upper punch part (110) and a first lower die part (120), the blank (B) which has passed through the blank coating step (S30) into a first shaped body (S1) having a first hollow part (11) in the center of one side on which first wing parts (13) are located, and a first body part (15) on the other side; a primary boring step (S40) for forming a second shaped body (S2) provided with a second hollow groove (21) by machining the first hollow part (11) of the first shaped body (S1) so as to be wider and deeper; a secondary cold forging step (S50) for molding, by means of a second forging mold (200) comprising a second upper punch part (210) and a second lower die part (220), the second shaped body (S2) which has passed through the boring step (S40) into a third shaped body (S3) having a third hollow part (31) which is deeper than the second hollow groove (21), and a connecting part (37) of the other side protruding to the other side of a third body part (35); and a secondary inner surface machining step (S60) for boring the lower part (35a) of the third body part (35) and forming a connecting groove (46) by cutting the connecting part (37).
