Abstract:
The present invention produces a roll-bag type vinyl bag by performing: a supply step (S10) for continuously supply a vinyl material; a bonding step (S20) for forming a bonding line on the vinyl material; a perforating step (S30) for forming a perforated line (A3) on the vinyl material; a punching step (S40) for forming a handle (A4) and a tie part (A5) on the vinyl material; a paper tube supply step (S50) for supplying a paper tube on which the vinyl material is wound; a winding step (S60) for winding the vinyl material on the paper tube; and a cutting step (S70) for cutting the vinyl material wound on the paper tube. Further, the present invention provides an apparatus comprising: a material supply part (100) for supplying a vinyl material; an unwinder (200) for transferring the vinyl material; a bonding part (300) for forming a bonding line on the vinyl material; a perforating and punching part (400) for forming a perforated line (A3), a handle (A4) and a tie part (A5) on the vinyl material; a paper tube supply part (500) for supplying a paper tube on which the vinyl material is wound; a winding drum (600) for winding the vinyl material on the paper tube; and a cutting part (700) for cutting the vinyl material wound on the paper tube.
