Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method, apparatus, and program for generating training data, wherein a foreign substance image is precisely inserted into a non-defective product image by utilizing an X-ray attenuation formula, thus making it easy to amplify the training data, and making it possible to physically generate various non-defective product images and foreign substance images. According to the present invention: various non-defective product images and foreign substance images can be physically generated; high quality images can be synthesized by separately obtaining the non-defective product images and foreign substance images and using the attenuation coefficient and thickness of each of foreign substances; a large number of defective product images can be generated on the basis of a single foreign substance image by utilizing several variables, such as the attenuation coefficient, thickness, insertion angle, insertion position, and rotation, of a foreign substance image obtained separately from a non-defective product image; and accurate information is known about a foreign substance image used in a process of separately synthesizing the foreign substance image with a non-defective product image, and thus a foreign substance labeling process that consumes a large amount of time during the generation of a conventional training data set can be increased in speed.
