Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for providing a content delivery service are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, service URL information is received from a cache server and a service URL and an origin URL are mapped, the mapped origin URL information is transmitted to the cache server, and content requested from a client are transmitted to the client by the cache server through the use of received origin URL information. The present invention has advantages in that a differentiated content delivery service can be provided in accordance with the area where a client is located or with an ISP to which the client is subscribed.
