Abstract:
The present application provides a method and apparatus for random access. In the method, a terminal device can use the grouping information of a reference signal to determine a first random access resource for sending a random access preamble, helping the terminal device to send the random access preamble to a network device on the first random access resource, thus improving the success rate of random access.
