Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for realizing the communication take-over. The route
protocol message from the neighbor router is received synchronistical by the
main processing unit and the spare processing unit. The main processing unit
and the spare processing unit are parallel acting. The spare processing unit
maintains the local data according to the protocol message and sends the short
answer message to the main processing unit. The main processing unit then maintains
the local data according to the protocol message in order to update the local data
of the main processing unit and the spare processing unit synchronistical and
congruous.
