Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for recognizing a fingerprint logo, and an electronic device. Before beginning normal collection of a fingerprint image, whether a fingerprint logo exists currently can first be determined by collecting an image of a local area so as to solve the problem of a fingerprint logo in a fingerprint image, reducing the risk of false acceptance of a fingerprint and lowering an FRR at the same time. The method for recognizing a fingerprint logo comprises: before an optical sensor collects a fingerprint image, acquiring a first optical signal respectively collected by the optical sensor in at least one first area, wherein the first optical signal collected in the at least one first area forms a first image and the at least one first area corresponds to a partial area of a light-sensitive face of the optical sensor (S210); and according to the first optical signal collected in the at least one first area, recognizing whether a fingerprint logo leading a user to perform pressing exists in the first image (S220).
