Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, apparatus, and recording medium for image encoding/decoding using geometric partitioning. A target block is partitioned into a first partition region and a second partition region through geometric partitioning. A partitioning boundary for the target block is more precisely defined using a sub-offset. A list of partitioning modes of geometric partitioning is constructed, and the partitioning modes of the list are constructed on the basis of information on pixels and blocks adjacent to the target block. In addition, filtering is performed on the target block on the basis of the partitioning modes of geometric partitioning.
