Abstract:
A method and an apparatus for remote counselling using biometric information are disclosed. A remote counselling method using biometric information which is performed by a remote counselling apparatus comprises the steps of: collecting biometric information from a user terminal or a biometric information collection apparatus; calculating a biometric index and a daily body index using the biometric information; mapping the biometric index, the daily body index and the biometric information to identification information of the user terminal so as to construct a database; and performing remote counselling using the database, wherein the biometric index includes one or more of an eating behaviour index, an activity index, a sleep index and a heart rate variability index, and calculates the daily body index using the biometric index.
