Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and apparatus for retrieving legal knowledge, which relate to the technical field of data processing, and solving the existing problem that the efficiency and applicability of retrieving legal knowledge are relatively low. The main technical solution of the present invention involves: according to text data corresponding to a respective focus of dispute in existing case documents, training a data model regarding focuses of disputes, wherein the text data is used for explaining the corresponding focus of dispute in the existing case documents; when an instruction for acquiring points of legal knowledge of a target case document is received, recognising the focus of dispute in the target case document by means of the data model regarding focuses of disputes; and outputting the points of legal knowledge corresponding to the focus of dispute by means of a correlation between the focus of dispute and the points of legal knowledge. The present invention is primarily used for retrieving legal knowledge corresponding to a target case document.
