Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for searching for a property for sale, comprising: a step for receiving, by a property-for-sale search apparatus, a first point that is a destination and a property-for-sale search condition from a user terminal; a traffic information extraction step for acquiring one or more routes passing through a destination station corresponding to the first point; a valid boarding station extraction step for extracting one or more valid boarding stations satisfying the property-for-sale search condition among one or more stations on the routes; and a property-for-sale extraction step for extracting one or more properties for sale, which have a predetermined relationship with the one or more valid boarding stations.
