The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for transmitting/receiving a sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system. According to one aspect of the present invention, a method for receiving a sounding reference signal in a wireless communication system comprises: a step of receiving, from a relay node, a first OFDM symbol in which sounding reference signals for a plurality of transmission antennas of the relay node are multiplexed and allocated; and a step of receiving, from user equipment, a second OFDM symbol in which sounding reference signals for the plurality of transmission antennas of the user equipment are multiplexed and allocated. The second OFDM symbol is the last OFDM symbol of a subframe, and the first OFDM symbol is one of the rest of the OFDM symbols excluding the last OFDM symbol of the symbols of the subframe.
