Abstract:
A metal stock rolling processing module, apparatus and production line thereof, and method of rolling feeding, diameter reduction, alignment, roundness correction or derusting processing employing the metal stock rolling processing module, apparatus and production line thereof. Using the rolling processing module to perform axial rolling on the metal stock (40) can enable rolling feeding, rolling finishing or diameter reduction. Further performing appropriate configuration and rotation control on a rolling wheel (81) in the rolling processing module can enable alignment, roundness correction or derusting processing of a metal stock. The apparatus and method thereof have advantages of high integration, simple and reliable structure and low cost, can be used with a variety of existing upsetting forging apparatus and pipe processing apparatus, and has the potential to replace existing conventional feeders, drawing machines, diameter reducing devices, aligning and roundness correction and/or derusting machines.
