Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for switching a voice service, a mobile terminal and a computer storage medium, the method for switching a voice service comprising: acquiring voice quality information of a terminal when the terminal carries out wireless calling in a wireless call mode of a first network, as well as cell information of a second network in an area where the terminal is located; when the voice quality information is less than a preset value, switching from the wireless call mode of the first network to voice calling by means of a cell of the second network according to the cell information of the second network. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, smooth and seamless switching may be carried out by means of obtaining voice quality information and, in a preset condition, switching from wireless calling carried out in a wireless call mode to voice calling, thereby improving user experience.
