Abstract:
The present invention is applicable to the field of exercise monitoring, and provides a method and apparatus for synchronizing video data and exercise effect animation. The method comprises: recording a video of an exercise process of a user to obtain video data, and synchronously acquiring electromyographic data corresponding to video image frames during the recording of the video data; parsing the electromyographic data respectively corresponding to the video image frames to determine exercise muscle groups and electromyographic strengths respectively corresponding to the video image frames; playing back the video data in a terminal interface; and rendering, while playing back the video data, exercise effect animation in the terminal interface in real time according to the exercise muscle group and electromyographic strength corresponding to a video image frame that is being currently played back. The present invention ensures the synchronization precision of exercise effect animation and video data, and enables a user to intuitively learn the training effect achieved by each movement performed by the user, so that the user can scientifically and effectively improve own fitness method, and thus, the exercise effectiveness of the user is enhanced.
