Abstract:
A method, apparatus and system for diagnosing a device fault. The method comprises: establishing a communication connection with a smart device (10) (S102); obtaining operating data of the smart device (10) by means of the communication connection (S104), wherein the operating data at least comprises: signal intensity of the communication connection and/or a battery voltage of the smart device (10); and diagnosing whether a fault occurs to the smart device (10) according to the operating data of the smart device (10) (S106). The technical solution solves the technical problem of bad user experience of a user due to being unable to detect a fault of a smart home device and give an alarm.
