Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, apparatus, and system for managing the IMSI state of a terminal device. The IMSI of a second terminal device is activated or deactivated by means of interaction between a first terminal device and a core network node, so that the second terminal device may not be involved in activating or deactivating its own IMSI. Thus, the power consumption of the second terminal device can be reduced to meet the needs of Internet of things application scenarios.
