Abstract:
A method, apparatus and system for monitoring and guiding a human body activity. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring human body status information (S10); extracting corresponding data from the human body status information (S20); in conjunction with a pre-set motion policy, analyzing the data, and obtaining an analysis result (S30); and sending the analysis result to a mobile terminal (220) for displaying the analysis result in a display interface by the mobile terminal (220) (S40), thereby realizing the monitoring and direction of human body motion behaviors.
