The present invention relates a method, apparatus, and system for providing a soccer-playing ability evaluation service. The method of the present invention for providing a soccer ability evaluation service includes: a step of storing an ability determining factor table and significance table for evaluating the playing abilities of players (wherein the ability determining factor table includes default points for positive offense attributes, negative offense attributes, positive defense attributes, and negative defense attributes, and the weight value table includes a significance value based on game conditions, game time, and/or scoring); a step of receiving, through a user input unit, an ability determining factor corresponding to each player, for inputting an ability determining factor for each player; and a step of assigning points to each player by using the received ability determining factor table and significance table. According to the present invention, the playing ability of players and teams can be objectively and accurately evaluated.
