Abstract:
The present application relates to a method, apparatus and system for simulating a production process, and a storage medium and a processor. The method for simulating a production process comprises: receiving operating data of one or more devices from a programmable logic controller; screening, from the operating data, part of the operating data that can be used for simulation processing, wherein the screened part of the operating data comprises information for indicating actions executed by the one or more devices during a production process; generating simulation data according to part of the operating data, wherein the simulation data indicates information of one or more simulation devices corresponding to the one or more devices executing simulation actions corresponding to the actions; and transmitting the simulation data to a cloud platform. The present application can accurately simulate a production process and can easily and rapidly perform troubleshooting or optimize a production flow.
