Abstract:
A method, apparatus, terminal and base station for processing carrier aggregation cell are provided by the present invention, and the method includes: detecting the battery power of a terminal supporting carrier aggregation cell; based on the detected battery power and the traffic data size requested by the terminal, determining a decision of applying activation and / or deactivation operation to the cell serving the terminal; sending the determined decision to the base station, and the decision is used for the base station to activate and / or deactivate the cell serving the terminal. The problem of how to manage the cell getting on carrier aggregation in related art is solved by the present invention. Both effectively ensuring the efficiency of the terminal supporting carrier aggregation cell, and optimizing the data performance of the terminal are reached. The effect of the user experience is improved.
