Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a method and apparatus for transmitting a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS), and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a CSI-RS, which is sent by a network device and is used when a secondary cell is in a dormant state, wherein the CSI-RS is used for executing, when the secondary cell of a user equipment is in the dormant state, a measurement related to beam failure detection and/or beam management. In the present disclosure, a dedicated CSI-RS which is used when a secondary cell is in a dormant is used, such that when the secondary cell is in the dormant state, a user equipment executes, according to the dedicated CSI-RS, a measurement which is only suitable for the dormant state; in addition, a network device can conveniently control a sending period of the dedicated CSI-RS, and when the sending period of the dedicated CSI-RS is controlled to be greater than a sending period of a CSI-RS which is used by the user equipment when the secondary cell is in a non-dormant state, measurement operations related to beam failure detection and/or beam management that are executed by the user equipment are reduced, thereby reducing energy consumption.
