The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and specifically to a method and an apparatus therefor, the method comprising the steps of: identifying static resource in a subframe set; and transmitting and receiving data using the remaining resource, excluding the static resource, in the subframe set, wherein the remaining resource is used for downlink (DL) reception or used for uplink (UL) transmission according to an instruction by a base station.
