Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a communication technique for combining, with IoT technology, a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate than a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services, such as smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail businesses, security and safety related services, and the like on the basis of 5G communication technologies and IoT-related technologies. According to the present disclosure, a method of a first terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving vehicle-to-everything (V2X) configuration information from a base station; receiving, from a second terminal, feedback information indicating a decoding failure of data transmitted by a first terminal; transmitting, to the base station, at least one of a scheduling request (SR) and a buffer status report (BSR) related to data retransmission from a sidelink; receiving, from the base station, scheduling grant information for sidelink data transmission; and transmitting, to the second terminal, retransmission data on the basis of a scheduling grant.
