Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for decoding a video. The method for decoding a video according to an embodiment comprises the steps of: obtaining intra prediction mode information of a current block from a bitstream; determining an intra prediction mode of the current block on the basis of the intra prediction mode information and an intra prediction mode of a neighboring block adjacent to the current block; deriving a first filter flag value regarding a use of filtering an intra prediction reference sample of the current block, on the basis of an encoding parameter of the current block; selecting, on the basis of the first filter flag, an interpolation filter to be used for an intra prediction of the current block; and generating an intra prediction block of the current block by using the selected interpolation filter.
