Abstract:

Disclosed in embodiments of the present disclosure are a method and apparatus for virtual fitting. A specific implementation of the method comprises: receiving a fitting request comprising a model picture and a user photo; performing human body positioning and surface coordinate analysis on the model picture and the user photo respectively; performing clothing segmentation on the model picture and the user photo respectively; on the basis of the clothing segmentation result and the surface coordinate analysis result, overlaying the pixels corresponding to the clothing in the model picture to a corresponding position in the user photo to obtain a synthesized photo and information to be completed; and inputting the synthesized photo, the positioning result of the user photo, and said information into a pre-trained image completion network to obtain a completed image. This implementation implements photo-level virtual fitting based on a 2D image, reduces costs and has the advantages of supporting arbitrary image resolution and better presenting human body details.
