Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for a voice service response, the method comprising: receiving a request for a voice service; acquiring a voice service functional tree corresponding to the voice service; and searching, in the voice service functional tree, for a service processing path for processing the voice service, wherein the voice service processing path comprises a functional node required to process the voice service, and an operation required to be executed for processing the voice service can be obtained according to a functional trigger operation of the functional node; and the voice service processing path further comprises a node operation sequence, and an operation execution sequence required to process the voice service can be determined according to the node operation sequence, thereby achieving, according to the service processing path, an automatic response to the voice service, reducing operations executed by a user when the voice service is processed, and improving the convenience of the user using the voice service.
