Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for implementing a call queuing for multi-session, which includes: receiving a session call initiated by a user terminal, obtaining the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) address of the session call; according to the URI address, determining whether there is already an another session call initiated by the user terminal corresponding to the URI address, and if there is, allocating the same call identifier as that of the another session call to the session call; and queuing according to the allocated call identifier. The present invention also correspondingly discloses an application server and a system for implementing a call queuing for multi-session. The present invention enables to perform multiple sessions in a call process at the same time. Therefore, the call queuing method allows selecting appropriate service mode between the user terminal and the agent according to situation at any time, improves the first call resolution rate of the call center and the user satisfaction effectively, and saves the network resources.
